Dalun water processing

Students of health Science education took a trip to Dalun , water processing unit to inquire what process the water goes through to come to our various home for drinking. The water they tap our source of drinking is a big river called white volta , it first eye seen was muddy then goes through the intake chamber . The intake chamber has a sieve which trap all particles before into the contact chamber (mixing of alum and aeration) . Coagulation and sendimentation is after then filteration followed by disinfection, where the water becomes clear and safe for drinking before pump to household , industries and hospitals. Infact technology have alot of benefit to our living .
