After that, it’s all about making good use of the time you have. It’s important to focus on what needs to be done in order to make progress and not waste time on distractions such as social media or watching TV shows.
Create a Personal Focused Work Schedule
In order to be more productive, some people like to structure their work hours into blocks of time. This is a good way to manage your time and stay on track.
One such example of a personal-focused work schedule is the Pomodoro Technique. In this technique, break your work down into 25-minute intervals during which you focus on a single task for no longer than 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, take a short break for about 3–5 minutes and then start working again. The key is to consistently pick one task at a time until the timer goes off or your 25-minute period has ended.
Personal focused work schedules can help you focus on certain tasks but can also make it harder to multitask because all tasks are done in sequence instead of simultaneously with others.
