Why Is Agricultural Production Subsided In Most Countries?
Our life depends on agriculture. If the farmers stop producing wheat, rice and other agricultural products we will starve to death. Every single food need to be first produce in the field then comes to our hand.
The point is simple, to inspire the farmers and to motivate to continue cultivation countries subsided agricultural production.
There are some other issues and causes involved in it too.
Most of the farmers are relatively poor. And agricultural production need much capital in hand o run. So subsidization is an option to keep the process going.
Farmers face difficulty to but pesticides, seed and other equipment to cultivate. The government gives it helping hand for that reason.
Sometimes climate also effects the production. If their does not much production happen in past year, then farmers faces problem to cultivate for the next year. So the government help them by giving seeds, pesticides, bank loans and other needed help.
Farmers in some country fails to get the reasonable price in some country as there is no good market system. So they can not earn much to live their life. And thus can not produce or invest much on production.
Subsidization works like a help token which runs the production. Without it many environmental issues, production difficulties and thus demotivation of the farmers will take place. So it became one of the major system to keep running the agricultural production.
In my country, every year we have to face Flood and thus thousand of crop loss. The farmers sometimes get bankrupt for this issues. So only subsidization could help them stand again and keep farming.
As agricultural production is not a stable one as business or factory production. So it still needs help to fill up the target of food production of the country. There is no other alternative of it and from my opinion, for the developing countries it is a much help for the relatively poor farmer to live their life.
