Dealing with our fear!
We all have to face fears in our life. No single man can claim that he does not face any kind of fear in his life. Fear has different faces with different shades, but it's effect almost works same on every one.
Fear of failure, fear of animals or insects, fear of invisible things, fear of left alone, fear of dark, fear of discovering our own shortcoming, fear of public shaming or public speaking and so on. It's nearly impossible to list down all of them.
It's not easy to face our fear. Hiding it or keeping it as a secret is more easy. But hiding can not make the fear goes out. So we have to face it and deal with it to get rid of it and see the lights of hope. But it's really hard to face our fear.
Maybe it sounds like I am talking to catches you eyes and just saying it. But believe me I do have fear and I do face difficulty facing it. But what I came to realize that we have to do that sooner or later. Fear is life poison for our life which will never let us do freely what we want to do. So it's better to let the fear comes out and deal with it.
It will seem hard at the very first steps, but after few days or months you will get used to it and will surely gonna see change in yourself. You will no longer fee the same fear again. Maybe it will never go totally from your life but you can learn to control your fear. That's what I am trying to say- just sit with your fear, talk to yourself what is making you uncomfortable and try to find the way out to control it and get rid of it.
But don't hide it, make it a secret; let it come out and and face it. It's the best way I learnt to deal with our fear.
