Is this healthy or okay to upvote randomly?
While learning about Steem one thing I can recall, everyone suggests to upvote strategically. Upvote is a powerful thing and we should use it wisely. But how about random upvoting? Like which attracts us, make us interested?
I do upvote randomly and quite curious to know your thoughts on this.
