Bear One Another’s Burdens.png

  1. Brothers, if anyone is caught in any sin, you who are spiritual [that is, you who are responsive to the guidance of the Spirit] are to restore such a person in a spirit of gentleness [not with a sense of superiority or self-righteousness], keeping a watchful eye on yourself, so that you are not tempted as well.

  2. Carry one another’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the requirements of the law of Christ [that is, the law of Christian love].

  3. For if anyone thinks he is something [special] when [in fact] he is nothing [special except in his own eyes], he deceives himself.

  4. But each one must carefully scrutinize his own work [examining his actions, attitudes, and behavior], and then he can have the personal satisfaction and inner joy of doing something commendable without comparing himself to another.

  5. For every person will have to bear [with patience] his own burden [of faults and shortcomings for which he alone is responsible].

  6. The one who is taught the word [of God] is to share all good things with his teacher [contributing to his spiritual and material support].

  7. Do not be deceived, God is not mocked [He will not allow Himself to be ridiculed, nor treated with contempt nor allow His precepts to be scornfully set aside]; for whatever a man sows, this and this only is what he will reap.

  8. For the one who sows to his flesh [his sinful capacity, his worldliness, his disgraceful impulses] will reap from the flesh ruin and destruction, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.

  9. Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in.

  10. So then, while we [as individual believers] have the opportunity, let us do good to all people [not only being helpful, but also doing that which promotes their spiritual well-being], and especially [be a blessing] to those of the household of faith (born-again believers).

  11. See with what large letters I am writing to you with my own hand.

  12. Those who want to make a good impression in public [before the Jews] try to compel you to be circumcised, just so they will escape being persecuted for [faithfulness to] the cross of Christ.

  13. For even the circumcised [Jews] themselves do not [really] keep the Law, but they want to have you circumcised so that they may boast in your flesh [that is, in the fact that they convinced you to be circumcised].

  14. But far be it from me to boast [in anything or anyone], except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

  15. For neither is circumcision anything [of any importance], nor uncircumcision, but [only] a new creation [which is the result of a new birth—a spiritual transformation—a new nature in Christ Jesus].

  16. Peace and mercy be upon all who walk by this rule [who discipline themselves and conduct their lives by this principle], and upon the [true] Israel of God (Jewish believers).

  17. From now on let no one trouble me [by making it necessary for me to justify my authority as an apostle, and the absolute truth of the gospel], for I bear on my body the branding-marks of Jesus [the wounds, scars, and other outward evidence of persecutions—these testify to His ownership of me].

  18. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, my brothers and sisters. Amen.

Beautifully begins this chapter, the spiritual should never dispense with their level to humiliate others, on the contrary, should seek ways to restore the fallen, shake hands with the fallen, lift the oppressed etc

beautiful passage of the bible, this is how it should be if a brother falls we must help him to rise not with superiority but with meekness, that we do not know when he can touch us, the word of God says in 1 Corinthians 10:12 "that the believe to be firm look that it does not fall "

We must not allow our freedom before the law to become an occasion to fall into sins of the flesh, we are also responsible for each other and we have to remain vigilant of others, as well as of ourselves.
Let us remember that the law of Christ is to love one another as He loves us, because conceit leads to arrogance over one's own achievements, compared to the achievements of another person, those comparisons are out of place, because each one will be responsible for their actions on the day of judgment, no one can boast when measuring himself and his work by the standards and requirements of God

I see in this last chapter of the epistle to the Galatians, Paul calls us all to the alertness that we do not have to rely on ourselves lest we pride over what God has helped us to accomplish. Some persons are so arrogant and joyed when others fail thus, thinking they are able to stand. TO those comes the admonishment to take heed.

Carry one another’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the requirements of the law of Christ [that is, the law of Christian love].
For if anyone thinks he is something [special] when [in fact] he is nothing [special except in his own eyes], he deceives himself.

The christian race is meant to be a unity ship where we all help one another to reach where God has called us. Though, we're personally accountable for our deeds, it is a collborating walk.

Thank you @reliquary.

What happens today, those who call themselves spiritual, instead of restoring it, what they do is defame it and drive it away with their same attitude. Which not only separates from the church those who have fallen into sin, but also sets them apart from the possibility of repenting and being restored from their sin. We have been called to restore those who have fallen, because it is not for us to judge their actions, but rather as spiritual beings and by divine grace, we have been granted the possibility of serving for their restoration to the service of God. And of course Paul warns us, take care of each one, because we are also men subject to passions and temptations, so that one day we can be surprised having fallen into sin.

Believing to be someone or something, in reality, is an attitude of the ego. For years we cultivate the essence of the world, to want or be someone in life, but when we come to Christ, in reality we realize the truth, that getting fame, renown in this life, is nothing. It is a lie, a deception. And who lives under this deception, or the deception of a position, of a leadership, deceives itself if at some point it perceives itself as something that it is not. Today, nobody wants to assume their own responsibilities, everything it is delegated, all are guilty except one. Whoever makes an act of conscience about his actions, thoughts and words, will be able to give God any of them, and he will be responsible for himself with diligence, he will leave the excuses, to let himself be perfected in the love of God.
If you sow laziness, pride, vanity, pride, hatred, resentment, envy, dissension, strife, lies and deceit, you will reap the fruits for yourself, and then do not say: Why do I live this or that? the result of what you have sown in your mind and heart, what you sow for what is not eternal, does not last, sows pleasure in your soul and you will reap the only thing that passing pleasure can give you, but it will never last, to seek that pleasure will be your destruction But if on the contrary you sow to please the Spirit, with love, patience, perseverance, self-control, faith, goodness, joy, fidelity, then you will reap the life of the Spirit, eternal, a here and now of blessing, peace and joy, which remain .
