Sometimes dealing with stressful situations is often hard and it does really becomes a lot harder to come out of that situation. Which sometimes lead to a hard situation in our life. Tbh I in the past week had some rough time and wastes quite a lot of time and seems like I was not realizing it silly me :) but yet sometimes going out of the track helps in realizing how important time is. I am glad to figure it out before it was a little late.

Spend some time with yourself and if possible take a short break once in a while and enjoy the little things in your life.

    Stressful situations are part of our life and we have to deal with those times. Some people may find it really difficult to handle, even some people might need go to a second or third person to come out from it. Alhamdulillah, I can deal it myself with outsiders intervention
