How often do you explore your creativity?
Making Art is something I don't do often, but when I do, my soul feels nourished.
There's something about exploring my creativity in this way, that really brings me joy.
Today I had a beautiful afternoon spending time with some beautiful souls, and we had an Art Therapy/painting session all together.
I realized making Art is not about how good it looks afterwards, the most meaningful part is the process of creating.
The tranferring of thoughts, ideas and emotions into colours and shapes and forms.
I really enjoyed that hour of tapping in, having fun exploring my creativity and just creating.

I love the randomness of the setup. This reminds me of when I was a teenager.. I spent a lot of time doing stuff like this.

So true, every day, being creative, living in the moment, tapping into something beyond our senses, an illogical truth that makes more sense than logic !

Truely speaking some time i am getting bored and feel pressure on job so i just draw a foolish things whith the normal pen. And i know this is not the good drawing i have done but it helps me to put my frustration on something. So it is cool.

Every single day! I'm a music producer who can't paint for shiz. Just bought a bunch of painting tools to explore the world of acrylic paint pouring. Can't wait to see how my first attempt turns out :)

OO I love your photo! Making art is something I'd like to take more time out to do - it gets the other side of the brain working.
I know right, something about the pic is really special for me. It was a brilliant reminder of how therapeutic it is to make art. I hope you get to make some soon :)
