20 year old suffering from a hernia

Hi guys i have been living with a hernia for 2 years now
and it keeps getting worse at first it was an uncomfortable feeling but it gradually got worse and i now feel pain 24/7.

i dont know how i got it and i dont know how to get rid of it either, im not really a guy who loves getting surgery
so my fellow Steemians i really need some advice and tips on this one.

its starting to have an impact om my life and im sure im not the only one who goes through this sick pain
so lets help each other out with the wisdom we got .
