Making more INSPIRING by doing less is the one thing I've learned over the past year that works. Here are my top 5 tips that have gotten me the results I've wanted.

Be consistent in what you're doing. If you're working out, it's not enough to just workout for a few minutes. You need to do more than a few minutes, or you'll lose momentum and never get to the results you want. Consistency is the key.


Start the day with a positive mindset. If you feel like you're heading down the wrong path, then you need to turn around. Just think about that thought for a second, and see if it's true for you. If you're heading down the wrong road, change course and do something different. When you're happy, your results will reflect that.

If you're looking at what you need to do in order to make more INSPIRE by doing less, you're probably looking at what's going wrong in your life right now. Let's face it, sometimes things just aren't working out the way they should.

Start by identifying what's going wrong, and go from there. If you find that you have poor habits, start there, and then try to change them.


Find the things that you enjoy, and do those more often. Sometimes it's just good to relax and take a little time off, especially when it comes to things like sleep and exercise.

Another thing I use for my INSPIRING system is taking a positive look at who I'm spending time with. If I'm spending too much time with negative people, or I'm not getting enough support from my friends and family, I need to make changes in my lifestyle. This can include changing my work schedule, picking up new habits or improving my current ones, or even changing my friends.

If you're wondering how to make more INSPIRE by doing less, you can easily get there by looking at your lifestyle and making some changes. on the inside. It's all about making a plan and sticking to it.

One of the most important things you can do to start on the road to becoming more INSPIRE by doing less is to identify what's going wrong and start there. You can't stop other people from doing bad things, but you can make your own choices. that's not to say you have to do it the way they do, just that you can take a standpoint and make different choices. to try.

Start by asking yourself questions. Is there anything about your behavior that bothers you, or other people? Do you find it hard to relax, is your work challenging, or is it taking longer than it needs to be done, and so on?

Once you know what's going on, find ways to make improvements. That doesn't mean you should do everything in one day. it does mean that you need to make small steps. take your time and work at a steady pace.

Take the time to look around, and see what's going on. What can you do about it? Are there areas where you can start improving things? Maybe you have to change the things you want to do or start a new hobby. This will help you in many ways because you'll have new ideas for making improvements and learning new ways to improve your life.

Start with your environment, and start to create a plan that will help you with everything you need to get started. In many cases you might find that you won't have to start by making major changes, just small things that will give you the opportunity to take the initiative. and make a difference.
