They may force HUGE changes to Social Media.
If this goes to trial, it will force one of two outcomes: 1) social media are content providers (like a news paper) and will be accountable for the content published on their platforms; or 2) social media are service providers (like cell phone companies) and can not ban or censor anyone. Either way, it will be a win!
