We are together again in new Turkish video tutorial series: Inkscape. Inkscape is the vectorial design program. In inkscape you can design a lot of things. You can save your designs a lot of diffrent sizes. In this video I am going to show you how to design neon text effect. You will see how to use some tools in this program.
