Asleep App is a smart sleep assistant that monitors your sleep quality, helps you get rid of snoring, records night sounds, wakes you up at the most optimal time, and gives you the opportunity to choose relaxing sounds for sleep. If any sounds are detected during sleep, it records them, saving the time and duration of snoring for analyzing the factors affect snoring during sleep. When you enable the Smart alarm option, the app tracks the most appropriate sleep phase to wake you up at the most convenient moment.

Always we need a better sleep enviroment so we can work with full energy on next days this asleep tool will us to provide such type of enivronment
I like the function that allows you to choose relaxing sounds to help you sleep. Most insomniacs would benefit from an app like this which not only helps them sleep but tries to work out why they wake too early.
