Twin Peaks - Down In Heaven - LP

This is a more mature album from their previous release Wild Onion. They specifically focused on the year 1968 as an influence in the making of Down In Heaven, and they completely nailed it. Every song on this album feels like it could be a B-Side to either The Kinks - The Kinks Are The Village Green Preservation Society, or The Rolling Stones - Beggars Banquet. I can't think of any other active band that hits the old school vibe so perfectly. If you're one of those people who thinks "Man, music just ain't the same as it used to be" then check this album out.
