I have been doing quite a few things in that direction, at that time I was still training Shaolin Kung Fu, but I also do quite a lot of mediation and have looked in to Yoga as well ;)

haha nein, gibt ja leider eh nicht mehr viele und auf Island verirren sie sich selten :/
ich konnte 2009 noch einen auf einer kleinen Eisinsel entdecken. Als wir an Land gingen, wurden wir extra instruiert sofort das Weite zu suchen falls einer auftaucht, obwohl wir von Eisbärguards umgeben waren 😅
