Interesting to look at the bottom of a river without water rushing over top of it.
Go with the flow or just stop and wait.

Very clear looking lake... where in Ontario ? The only Lakes I know that are that clear are Superior and Huron. Maybe Farren Lake near Westport...

The lake is small...an hour north of Kingston...
Want to say Beaver Lake...so many in Frontenac.
My grandparents had a cabin in the Cascade Mountains, near a river that was dry like this in the fall. It was so fun to hike along it. And we would gather the fallen trees and have massive bonfires.

Hopefully the fall rains will bring more water to it. And if there are mountains that feed the river, in the spring the snows will keep water in it.
I think one of the most fascinating water phenomenons is the annual flooding of the Okavango Delta in Africa. I once watched a show about it on Discovery or Planet Earth or something. Most of the places will be a desert until the rains come and then it will spring to life! It is very interesting to see.
RiveBed of gravels (stone) in middle of greenary. ..which ultimatley get into a lake with stone bed beneath the water....that what i see 👍

The river is almost dry but some part may have the charming to see like clean water watching till the soil.
