When your passion is your job it doesn’t feel like work

I have met a lot of people that hate their job. It seems like more and more people want to quit but never get the curage to do it. Why? Because they have been fed the vision of a luxurious lifestyle and they think it will make them happy.   

I had that mindset too before I discovered that I don’t want to work at a job just to pay my bills and buy things I don’t need.   

The only thing we really need is food and water. It could be nice to have a place to call home but do we need it? NO. Everything else we think we need is just our ego who wants it. We don’t need a car or a new TV. We don’t need new clothes we never going to wear. People are stuck in the mindset to buy new things and they think it will give them a better life.   

But if you quit your job, what should you do instead? My only answer to this is to follow your passion. Do what you love every day and you will be happy even if you don’t earn the same amount of money. Change your lifestyle around your new job so that you have everything you need (food and water). You could move to a warm cheap country and live a happy life for 5$ a day. Or even become a vegan like me and grow your own food and filter your own water.

I have a goal with what I do. I want to have a steady income to pay for the small things like food and water. When I feel like I have that I’m going to start traveling because that is another passion I have besides art. I will start with cheap places like Thailand, Philipines and work my way to hopefully travel around the world one day.   

When you have your passion as your job it doesn’t feel like you are working. Everything I make feels like free money and I have a different mindset towards money. I don’t need a lot, I just need to get food on the table every day and do what makes me happy.
