What kind of Orange Cichlid is this?

Here is a photo of an orange cichlid fish. Two of the most well known cichlids are tilapia, and angelfish. The former is a prized eating fish, while the latter is popular aquarium species. The fish pictured above is part of the Cichlidae family. Please reply if you have any other information about this fish. The frontal indentation is very strange and definitely a defining characteristic of this specimen.
