Great Tasting Thai Food at "Siam Central"
Last Friday, I hung out with a friend in Tottenham Court Road and whilst there, we discovered a great place called “Siam Central” for lunch. Located on Charlotte Street, the restaurant itself isn’t fancy and fairly small but still very buzzing and lively. And the food was excellent!
The weather seemed nice in the afternoon, so we decided to sit in the outside area and enjoy some lovely rosé wine and chill!
“Siam Central” offers up a selection of authentic Thai cuisines as well as Asian tapas. We opted for the Prawn & Chicken Steamed Dumplings as our starter. It was served with garlic oil and tasted great, absolutely spot on!
For main, we had the Mussaman Curry with Beef and Pad Si-ew Noddles with Chicken. The food was fresh and tasty, bursting with flavour, and decent portion sizes considering the price they charge. My favourite part of the dinner as it was properly spiced but not overpowering and of course, so delicious!
Last but not least, our dessert was Banana Fritters served with Vanilla Ice Cream! It was light and fluffy, yummy to the very last bite. Complemented with vanilla ice cream, it was perfect to satisfy my sweet craving!
"Siam Central" is a hidden gem in London and very good value for the money for what you get. It idefinately worth visiting and I would definitely go back soon.
Enjoy!
Nice... I can see the food is great and the place is pretty cool. Great value for money.
