What inflation and US growth was taken into account by this? If you look at a standard inflation calculator for lets say Boston:
If the average price was about 182k and now the price is about 184k, inflation from 2005-2016 is around 19% which gives a 2005 value of about 149k. This figure does not seem very unreasonable and this only takes into account inflation.
Inflation that was conjured up by the FED's printing presses.
