How I calculate the SR (Super Representative) reward || Based on Home Work Task-1

Some days ago we got a homework task from @engrsayful. There was one question about reward distribution. I gave the answer. But today I will show you how I calculate that reward distribution. Let's see the question first -

• How many TRX will be given to an SR for 6 hours of mining?

Before calculation let's see the picture below by our Professor Sayful -

In 6 hours of mining SR will get trx from -

• Vote Reward (160 TRX per block)
• Block Producing Reward (16 TRX per block)

Let's calculate the Vote Reward first -

Vote Reward- First we have to calculate how many blocks can produce in 6 hours. 6 hours mean 6X60 = 360 Minutes. And 360 minutes mean 360X60= 21600 Seconds. So 1 block is produced in 3 second. So a total of 21600/3 = 7200 blocks will be produced in 6 hours.

So in 6 hours:

Total TRX from Vote Reward= (7200X160)TRX= 1,152,000 TRX

SR and 100 parters (Total 127 Witnesses) will get 20% of 1,152,000 TRX which means 230400 TRX.

So each one will get = (230400/127) TRX = 1814.17 TRX

That means an SR will get 1814.17 TRX from the Vote Reward.

Now let's calculate the Block Producing Reward-

Block Producing Reward- We can see 16 TRX per block from Block Producing Reward.

So in 6 hours:

Total TRX from Block Producing Reward= (7200X16)TRX = 115,200 TRX
SR will get 20% of 115,200 TRX which means 23,040 TRX.
So each one will get = (23040/27) TRX = 853.33 TRX

That means an SR will get 853.33 TRX from the Block Producing Reward

In total an SR will get (in 6 hours) = (1814.17+853.33) TRX = 2667.5 TRX

So 2667.5 TRX will be given to an SR for 6 hours of mining.
