However there are many things not working yet. Steemit seems to apply some special type of markdown flavor which needs custom parsing. That's why most of the images and videos are not displayed correctly. Also it is not yet possible to see the comments, votes, tags and so on.
Displaying comments, payouts, filtering and searching is my next priority.

Not yet. I was already thinking about a dedicated post. Right now you can just follow https://steemit.com/@razem-io to get updates on the app. I will create a new slack soon, so that anyone can join to get updates when new releases are available.
Man, I wish I had gotten the website Steemitapp.com or something like that. Whomever owns that would get mad market share for their app. Ah, well, guess we can't focus on missed opportunities.
