The Diary Game (December 1, 2020) ~ Treating patients and Sipping a cup of espresso

My daily activities is treating patients in our hospital, Munyang Kute Hospital. It is a district hospital di Bener Meriah, Aceh Province. I am one of Internal medicine specialist here. Today, I visited seven patients who are being hospitalized here. They were at Internal Medicine ward.

I spent about one hour and a half at the hospital. After that, I drove to Bireuen Town, to visit other patients who are hospitalized at Avincenna Hospital. There are eight patients that I have to visit today. I am sorry, I can nat show the photos of our patients.

Sipping a cup of espresso
A friend of mine and I enjoyed a cup of espresso at The Coffee Beans Shop this afternoon. This cozy minimalist Japanese-style coffee shop is located at the mouth of the Geudong-Geudong Village road, Kota Juang District, Bireuen.

The espresso served is gayo arabica coffee. This coffee tastes very good with an appetizing flavor but low acidity, so it is very comfortable in the mouth when we sip it. The coffee is balanced, soft and can be enjoyed comfortably without sugar at all.

Gayo arabica coffee is world class coffee, which is one of the best after Jamaican Blue Mountains coffee and Colombian coffee. The Coffee Beans Shop coffee shop uses coffee beans produced by Katoomba Coffee, which is headquartered in Bener Meriah Regency, where the coffee is grown, processed and roasted.

Katoomba Coffee is a gayo coffee brand that has just been established, and is starting to be loved by coffee connoisseurs in Bireuen Town and several other areas in Aceh. I got some of this information from one of the Katoomba Coffee managers, namely @bahagia-arbi, who is also a coffee connoisseur.

This afternoon, visitors to The Coffee Beans Shop were not that crowded. According to the owner of the coffee shop, Mr. Nouval, the coffee shop which was founded several months ago, will be crowded with visitors when night falls, generally after nine o'clock in the evening. Because this coffee shop is open until four in the morning.

After being there for about 30 minutes, and having finished the espresso, a taste of the coffee lingers in my throat. This taste is called the after taste. It turns out that The Coffee Beans Shop baritas espresso coffee has a long after taste. What a perfect coffee!
