Best Lunch at Sari Bunda Restaurant, Bireuen Town
Bireuen is a famous town in Aceh Province. It’s located at golden triangle of Medan, Banda Aceh and Takengon. I you travel to Takengon from Medan or Banda Aceh, you must pass by Bireuen Town.
Bireuen is also an historical town, that was ever been the capital of Indonesia when Soekarno (Indonesian first president) was leading the new born country from here, where Batavia was down.
If you visit Bireuen or just drop by here, and need to have some lunch, I recommend to have it at Sari Bunda Restaurant. It’s located on Gayo Street, in front of Bate Kureng Monument and not so far from Bireuen Major office.
It’s a nice and cozy place to enjoy your lunch or dinner, with many kinds of local food, using many kinds of spices.
We could order special grilled fishes, with a tasteful soybean sauce and some special condiment.
And the fried chicken with curry leaves. It’s so delicious and tasty.
I highly recommend this restaurant to have lunch or dinner in Bireuen Town, Province of Aceh, Indonesia.
