Best Gayo Arabica at Kenred Coffee in Gayo Highland
Gayo Highland is a region producing coffee in Aceh, Sumatra of Indonesia. You know, Sumatra Coffee mostly come from this region. Sumatra Coffee has strong body, with many kind of taste. Today, I am having coffee at Kenred Coffee shop with some coffee masters.
Kenred Coffee is one of famous coffee shop in Bener Meriah district, Gayo Highland of Aceh Province, Indonesia.
Its interior is good, spacious, and pleasant. It’s located in Simpang Tiga Redelong, the capital of Bener Meriah district.
Let’s see their menu book. Many kind of coffee based drink they are serving.
I ordered a glass of arabica Gayo espresso. The beans used were full wash processed. It’s very good taste with a strong body. We know that the flavor of Gayo coffee (Sumatra coffee) is so heavy. I love Gayo coffee.
My friends ordered some tubruk coffee. It’s a coffee powder in hot water, the heat must be about 93oC to get special taste of tubruk coffee.
