Nowadays everybody has a so called basic-healthcare-insurance. For extra medical healthcare you have to take extra insurences.

This extra insurences are, not like the basic one, not obligated.

So a lot of people takes this extra insurences only when they now they’re going to need it the coming year.

Maybe you’re asking yourself how people can know on forehand wich healthcare they will need in the coming year.

For things like pregnancy, dentist, orthodontist, you can predict if you are going to need the care.

With a lot lot of medical issues you also can delay the medical operations that are needed.

If the majority of people are going to use this strategy the cost for the insurence-agency will rice extremly.

As a reaction they have to raise the the cost of the insurances. The costs will be extreemly high if every insurancetaker is also claimig for medicalprocedures and people are not longer insured just for in case of, like it was in the past.

Nowadays votes of insurences are coming up to rule out certain extra healthcare- insurences because they aren’t profitable any more.

And so can privitaging the healthinsurence in the Netherlands be the dead of one of the best healthcare systems of the world.

I hope there are coming some changes before the healthcare-insurance system is really collapsing. Especially for the vulnerable.
