Today was the day I have been looking forward to for a week. To catch you up, a week ago @stackinag47 poured the 1st ever @raybrockman silver bars.
Well it all started with about 12 inches of snow in the @stackinag47 area of the world. So that put it back a few days
Here is what I woke up to today
Cool, right? my own bar will be delivered today! Then this is what I see at 1pm today.
So this isn't happening today. I get in my truck and head to the post office, I mean if they are not going to deliver it today, then I will pick it up myself. So I get to the post off and this is what I see.
So at this point in time my STACKITUS has gone into full rage flare up.
So I storm over to the little mobile post office they have set up in the parking lot.
No help at this unit, so I head over to the unit for pickups.
So I get to the mobile pickup truck and start asking the mail lady where my package was, and that i need to pick it up. We argued back and forth for a few mins, then all of a sudden I saw it out of the corner of my eye it was the jacket.
The guy wearing this jacket interrupted my conversation with the mail lady and said " sir, we have bigger problems right now than your package". All I could say was 😞 YESSIR!
So obviously I wasn't gettting the package today. But the stackitus was full on rage right now, what to do now.... then it hit me, the secret hide away for a sudden flare up.
There it is, the relief, 2 JM bars kept nice and safe under the pillow. This should do it untill tomorrow.
Stop by tomorrow, when the big unboxing will happen.
I don't know if this is the place, but I want to talk about something that I noticed.
I am following @raybrockman trail since about 6:00AM PT.
During this day till 7:00PM PT I upvoted 76 posts.
Of these 76 posts only 36 had something about coins, silver,
gold, crypto, money, pours, rounds, stack, stackitis,etc.
The other 40 were about anything that was not the reason of steemsilvergold exists. Most of them did not have even the tag steemsilvergold. Some of them the same person posted 2, 3, 4 articles that had nothing to do with steemsilvergold.
If the idea of the trail is to help the steemsilvergold community, then upvote something that has nothing to do with steemsilvergold is wrong.
I don't know the solution to this. Maybe upvote only when the member tags steemsilvergold.

I think its important that we also write about other things and communicate with people with other interests. Part of the "Mission" is to help wake up the world that fiat money is screwing them from behind and if all we do it post about Englehard bars, the group comes off as fanatical cult members. Most of us are fanatical cult members, but we don't have to let eveyone know. I try to keep my posts 50% group related (Precious Metals) and 50% other stuff (its mainly crypto) and I think that's a fair balance.
I completely agree with what you have just written. We have a mission. We write about steem (cryptos, stocks, economy, etc), silver/gold (stack, stackits, coins, notes, rounds, bars, pouring, etc) and sometimes we write about Gothic Architecture. We don't write all our posts about Gothic Architecture, like some of our members did yesterday.
Yeah unfortunately there is no way of getting around this. I do not just vote on SSG members. I have a wide selection of people that I vote on. Now one good thing is, I do have all SSG members set up in my steem voter. I would not recommend any member just voting on SSG. you will only grow if SSG grows. You have to get out and broaden your selection, this too is a simple way to get people to be open minded about SSG and get new members. Support is what we need for SSG, and if that comes from non members, then I welcome it whole heartedly. Thanks for your comment Ron.
PS, anyone who abuses my voter by making more than 3 post a day, I have removed and will continue to monitor this going forward. I will also be inviting non members to join the trail, this will help SSG tremendously.
These last two days have been very instructive. I learned about steem voter, about trails, about what I can and what I cannot do to upvote automatically. I learned that steemsilvergold is a community where only about half his members post about steem, silver or gold and the other half never post about it. I don't mind that once in a while one of our members post about Gothic Architecture (for example) and I am ready to upvote this post. What I don't like is, by following your trail, be forced to upvote one of our members that posts 3 or more articles daily about Gothic Architecture. I am using this example because I didn't see any post about it, but I saw several posts from several different members about this kind of topic.
As I usually upvote a few other authors outside steemsilvergold, I will follow your advice and create my own list in steem voter with all steemsilvergold members that eventually post about steem, silver or gold (in a broad sense). Thank you for your iniciative and for your work in making steemsilvergood such an amazing group.
It’s a very good thing that you held your composure and didn’t go after the guys with the ATF jackets on. If there wasn’t for bad luck I don’t think I would have any luck at all. It’s packaged up super good so I believe the cardboard box had a fire rating of three minutes and 27 seconds so we should be OK. Lol I can’t wait for you to get that bars in your hand. Your stackitis will be given a mega dose tomorrow. Great post brother
