CRAZY THINGS.
You know in the stare of Alabama it is illegal to operate a motor vehicle without wearing a seatbelt. Ticket will cost you $285.00. I am sure that in most places in this world this law would apply.
I mean dont get me worng, I believe in seatbelts.I know they save lives.
But did you know that also in the state of alabama it is still legal to ride down the road with people in the back of your truck.
So basically my question would be this, how could you ever give someone a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt? But allow them to ride around with people in the bed of there truck?

I have always wondered this as in Ontario you can also ride in the back sitting down with no seat belt.
Crazy, I mean, I am safer in the inside with no seatbelt then the bed of a truck anyday.
Ya no shit, i am a firm believer that a seat belt is my choice. I have had a friend die because of a seat belt but also lost a friend without so it is hard one to say right or wrong

In the UK, you dont need to wear a seatbelt in a black cab. For some reason...
In Ontario you don't have to ware in any public transportation a cab or bus or subway
Thats crazy as well. Black cabs don't get into accidents

The way I see it, there should be no seat belt laws in the first place. Natural selection (poor decision to not use belt or poor driving) will take it's course. More than anything, I just don't like safety police.
