My steemit Challenge Update #20 - The End
What is my steemit challenge?
It's part of my intro to the steemit community in which I'm challenging myself to lose 30 pounds during the month of July and post daily updates about my diet, workouts, and progress.
Days 28-31: Hey fellow steemians!
What's done is done guys, and this challenge is done. My starting weight was 325 and the goal 295, but as you can see in the picture above I was only able to lose half the weight. I'm weighing at around 210 which makes my total weight loss 15 pounds.
I'm not giving up; I'm taking this challenge as a win even though I didn't finish that strong. To reach a healthy mind and body takes work and that what I am doing. Working on myself to create the Lifestyle that I want to live.
During this challenge I was able to get into the workout mood; but not so much the eating side of it. And as a post, I saw Instagram said: "you can out run a bad diet". I will be focusing my next endeavors into creating healthy eating habits and yes you will be able to see my progress. Follow up, if you want to see what is next!

Keep at it. Your doing good if your losing.
Great attitude! The most important thing is to keep up with all the work you've done so far, and by following your progress I must say that you did awesomely!
