You don't believe ? I already knew it.

But it is fine we are here to talk about it.

I am here on this blog to share with you this incredible journey I am on and to show that this way of eating has never been as fun as delicious than various.


If I had to define plant-based diet I would say it's about being able to eat food that nourishes your body and deciding to choose ingredients that are gonna make me live healthier and longer life and most importantly - feel good. Eating plant-based is far away from being on a strict boring diet where you just deprive yourself of everything. That's far from reality. Eating plant-based means to focus on incredible food that heal our body and help it stay in shape, instead of just sending it harmful sugars or unnecessary fats.

When I say that I am following a plant based diet, people think that I am feeding myself with plain boiled potatoes and steamed vegetables and I lost of pleasure in food. Contrary to that I fill my stomach with so many good things. I have been discovering so much since I switched to a plant-based diet. Learning so many new ways of preparing whole plant based food, making tasty dressings. I never realised how many different whole grains and plant foods there were. We are used to eating a small handful of foods without looking outside if there is something better. It is just incredible being able to choose to fill your plate with colours, pack it with so many good things that will at the same time make your body feel good.

The best part of it is that more you eat, leaner and healthier you are. I know it can sound crazy, weird but it is just the truth. Eating tones of fruits and vegetable have never caused anyone disease but eating a scoop of ice cream or a glass of milk and your body will remember the effect for a long time. We are simply so used to this uncomfortable feeling that we don’t even realise how much our body is hurt by sugar, dairy, saturated fat anymore.

I have made the choice to study naturopathic nutrition to be able to understand what is the best for us and transformed this knowledge into my plate. I am maybe not the best cook in town this is true, but I am trying to make delicious nourishing plate, getting far away from process food by making my own product. I am here to share all of this with you, to show to anyone that eating food is not about feeling gross, uncomfortable, sleepy. Instead, it is about giving to our body and our mind all the nutrients and vitamins it need to live longer, feel better. The point is to get back into our body to feel what we need, and not let ourself be dictated by what our brain wants. It just gives the choice to enjoy much more food.

YOUR PLATE IS YOUR FIRST MEDICINE.

Plant based diet is the longevity diet and you will be so grateful at a point to have delated any animal based products, process foods and industrial from your diet. It is good for you, your family, the planet and animals.
