Before going to the training, Dea and I went to pick up Wilda first at her house I saw a beautiful butterfly that was sitting on the leaves and I chose to capture this beautiful moment.

Speaking of butterflies, I remembered someone's motivational words about butterflies. To become a beautiful adult butterfly, there are many processes that must be passed starting from being a caterpillar then becoming a cocoon and finally metamorphosing into a butterfly.

Not everyone likes caterpillars but everyone is happy with butterflies, even though without caterpillars there are no butterflies, so do humans who want to process before becoming successful humans, there are many small pebbles that become stepping stones that we must pass to achieve work success, no effort betrays results.

Next after picking up kak Wilda we went straight to the training location, today we learned how to creambath salon-style, starting from washing the hair first then applying the cream to the hair then resting for ten minutes, massaging, and finally washed and then giving hair tonic before drying.

I can't share how the photos during the process we are practicing massaging the hair, because the hair is part of the aurat of women which if exposed can cause sin. So I apologize for the inconvenience to the readers here.

After attending the training, I just found out that the massage done during creambath is not just a massage, there are several massages that I have learned, the first is a nine-point massage, the second is a ten-finger massage and there are still many other massages that I have not been able to master, so there is a lot of knowledge that I got today by attending the training here.

It was twelve o'clock in the afternoon, time to go home. I'm not in a hurry to go home, if I go home I also don't have a friend because usually at this hour he hasn't come home from work, to kill time and while waiting for my husband to come home from work I was invited by my friend to have coffee with a female friend at Achek kupi Lhokseumawe.

And I was very happy because it had been a long time since I tasted my favorite pandan iced coffee, while we shared about the problems of life. many of my friends are unmarried, while I was married at a young age. Of course they will be very curious about how their lives will be after marriage with their husbands. Issues like this are a concern for all women.

To make this moment more beautiful and unforgettable, let's take a photo together. My cell phone rang and it was time to go home, when I got home I immediately rushed to the kitchen to prepare our lunch, because the training was in the morning so I didn't have time to prepare lunch.

⚽️ Watching AFU U23 Ball with Husband

Today I want to cook a simple one, namely fish dencis tauco and friends, after finishing cooking my husband and I had lunch together, after that we prayed Dzuhur and took a nap because tonight there is a soccer match Indonesia vs Uzbekistan so we have to gather stamina so as not to get sleepy when watching the ball.

Asr time arrived, we rushed to pray and shower, because tonight we went out so the afternoon was at home while waiting for Maghrib and isha time,
And after Isha we rushed out.

Before heading to the coffee shop to watch the ball, my husband and I bought some snacks in preparation for watching to make it more exciting, and since we also haven't had dinner my husband ordered fried rice, the match has started, the lights are turned off and we are watching while nervous because the competition is very fierce, even though Indonesia lost we did not regret it because we supported Indonesia.

I think the match against Uzbekistan is very difficult for the Indonesian team to win, Uzbekistan players always chase the ball endlessly when Indonesian players get the ball, while Indonesian players always chase the ball carried by Uzbekistan players.

After finishing watching, we went home because the hour was late and required us to rest so that tomorrow we could do our activities.
