A Dark Angel
Watching unmoving
Once I paused -
for but a moment.
taking in the Rays
sunbeams dancing in
the eyes of Heaven...
Winds pent and unfurled
hairs waving in
Scented breezes of Summer.
Aghast I Stood gaping -
Stunned by natures beauty
enraptured by my lack
in owning such prizes
I stood admiring ...
The Oceans of calm around me
forbidden to reap of its
Bounty and sustenance ...
I watch
Looking on proudly
Remembering one thing ...
My Honor and my Duty ...
