회생법원에서 파산시, 가상자산을 국세청이 평가하는 것과 동일하게 평가한다고 합니다
평가액의 경우, 평가 기준일 전후 1개월 일 평균가액의 평균액 > 앞뒤 1개월 총 2개월 평균
- 인정가액
아직은 어렵지만, 재산은닉이나 은닉을 통한 파산에 대한 대책은 아직인 모양이에요
