Bahan:
250 gr tepung ketan
50 gr tepung beras
80 ml air
1/4 sendok teh panili
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh boking powder
2 sendok mkn margarin dapur
5 sendok mkn gula pth
Buah wijen secukupnya
Bahan isi:
1/2 gelas kacang ijo
Keju secukupnya, diparut
Coklat batang secukupnya, diparut
Sedikit vanili
Sedikit garam
3 sendk mkn gula putih
Cara buat isi:
- Rendam kacang ijo selama 4 jam cuci kacang ijo, kukus sampai empuk lalu ngkat, ulek sampai lembut, bagi jadi 2 bagian, yang sebangian campur keju parut, yang sebagian campur coklat parut, aduk sampai rata, buat bulatannya.
Cara buat kulit onde:
Campur vanili, boking powder, garam, tepung ketan, tepung beras aduk sampai rata, uleni sambil masukin air didikit sampai rata tambahkan margarin dapur uleni sampai kalis.
Bentuk bulat sambil masukin bahan isi, lumatin pakai wijen, ayak pakai tampah biar nempel wijen goreng dengan minyak, dengan api kecil.
