Qbserve, is a tool for tracking all the activities you do on your Mac, looking for a way to know what you're spending time on, helping you focus on the activities that are of the highest priority. For that, Qbserve analyzes each application, files or web pages you are investigating at any time and also has an accountant, counting the time you are in each one. I also believed that it could not be possible! But yes, there is this incredible tool that will allow us to focus on our tasks and will automatically notify us of the use of our time when we have outstanding projects to deliver!
Characteristics of Qbserve
Make an analysis and monitoring automatically, you will know when you are making a document, listening to music, or even chatting!
Monitor projects based on web pages, documents and titles of open windows.
Recognize all the applications, and those you do not recognize, you can include it and assign it a category.
It allows to classify all the activities from the most productive to those that most distract.
It will show you a report of your productivity online.
Have reminders! By monitoring your activity automatically, it will show reminders if you get distracted.
Registers work hours and can generate invoices based on the data collected.
It will show you with details everything you do, whether it is a productive activity or not through a green color and it will also tell you what kind of activity each one is.
How does Qbserve work?
Qbserve makes use of an accessibility API in MacOS, which allows you to know in which applications we are at all times.
Qbserve, has very important and useful specific functions ... Here we show you which:
- Overview: It will show the main apps and websites where you have been most and classify it according to whether it has been productive, neutral or non-productive. Include a graph according to the analysis time you request.
- Details: You can see all the apps and webs you've been on and sorted according to the time you've been in each one
- Timesheet: It will visualize with detail everything done in a day.
- Advanced: Specific rules are added for the categories of each app or web.
- Preferences: You can modify any preference of the tool.
