The mallard (Anas platyrhynchos)

Wild ducks are very shy, unlike those ducks who are used to living in city parks. As soon as they notice the slightest rustle and movement, they immediately take off. Obviously, this is due to hunting them.
These photos were taken over the river. They were on the lake nearby, and when they got scared of me, they flew towards the river.
