Exam and Burger time

Hello Everyone,

After the university life we thought there will be no exams for a while. It is also a lie as everyone says university life is not hard as school life. In our company we need to do the certification exams to keep up with our positions and to take the promotions.

Since we are at the beginning of our career, we had to do the first certification which goes with our position.

In our company they gave us a training before they put us into the projects and this training includes the preparation for this certification exam. We got two weeks to study and prepare our selves for the examination. While that time, we got to do few mock exams and practice some question from different sources.

Normally exam require 65% marks to pass the examination. Everyone of our company had pass with more than 80% until now. So… you know, we have to keep that record as it is. 80% it is. We can do the exam when we are confident about passing the examination. So the people in the training batch can go to the exam center time to time.

As company informed, we choose exam centers from colombo, where our previous employees did the examination. Some other centers are not sure about giving the necessary support for the exam.

We choose the Achievers Lanka Business School as our exam center and they gave the full support for us. Finally I could pass the exam with 84% marks.

After the exam, me and my friend decided to go for lunch. Since we both passed with good marks, it called for a little celebration. There is this burger place called Popeye at Bambalapitiya (Which introduced to me by Imantha). It was in the walking distance from the exam center. So we went there and had a burger and fries for our meal.
