Country Representative Weekly Report - Pakistan || (11-04-2021) To (18-04-2021)

Most Respected The steemit Team and @steemitblog I'm presenting this week's report. I set some goals after I became a CR and I've been working on them ever since. In which I have been quite successful. The first goal was to grow a community for Pakistanis, and the second to promote the steemit in Pakistan. Its so gratifying that a strong community is prominent in the form of Steemit Pakistan. And the other hand the number of users from Pakistan is increasing day by day

In the community we are working like a strong team. As my fellow CRs are fully co-operative and hardworking. It is the result of our continuous hard work and dedication that today a large number of Pakistanis are showing their skills on the steemit and we do our best to encourage all the members.

This week it was my turn to curate through @steemcurator07 , Even now some Pakistani users have created a separate community. And many posts have posted over Pakistan Tag so I curated manually all post by finding active members , New Comers and Quality Posts .
This week I could curate 40 posts by using the Voting power of @steemcurator07 as according to time duration.

I stay connected to all members of the community whatsapp group. I keep guiding them regarding regularization and post quality.I also encourage members through Upvotes and comment on their posts. Most of my voting power is used to encourage Pakistani members , along with some of my neighbour country friends .

In the community, since we do our best to encourage all members. And because I strive to keep all Pakistani members motivated and working hard. there are also a large number of our friends who belong to Pakistan but are working in other community. I am working over improvement of posts so I follow #Pakistan Tag. I read posts from members and guide them though comments . As there are 150 posts have been published over Pakistan Tag daily basis. They also contribute very well, .I nominate some Best posts in Best of Pakistan Curation and Support project to encourage them, and keep them regular .
