Sourdough bread
Hi there,
Saturday night I was going to bake the bread for Sunday. I started the process Friday night when I let the sourdough refresh happen. I did a duplicate refresh of 1 cup, so I ended up with 3. I waited 12 hours and in the morning I also duplicated that, to have a aprox of 6 cups of sourdough. I wanted to try a 100% whole-wheat and also a 50% whole-wheat and 50% normal(white).
This is the result
I tried the whole-wheat first at home before visiting my parents house and gave them the other one.
It was pretty good compared with my previous attempts. It lacked of salt but my brother and his wife liked it very much which surprised me indeed!
I need to get better and next time will make a sweet one with dried fruits.

Did you use a kit for this?
I personally think yields are better when it goes through 7 day process rather then kit. But never tested it!
