Curious how the world is seen when you stop and pay attention to your surroundings, as if the time stopped, the haze and the colors of flowers and red fruits are tuned and paint a landscape in front of our eyes, a world full of places to go, where you least think there is a little adventure, waiting for you. In the distance from the top of the mountain you begin to draw small villages, which seem to be so simple and simple, where time does not pass, and where you think everything is quiet, surrounded by mountains, full of adventure and life, So was my visit to this small town called: "San José de Bolívar"

Located in the Táchira state of Venezuela, an Andean small town, where agriculture, tourism and livestock are its main income, a place so colorful and picturesque that even the main square is surrounded by a magical landscape, where you look up and you get an imposing green mountain, surrounded by fog and dotted with colors of small trees and rural houses that are lost in the horizon.

And as I wanted to adapt to the environment I put on a good coat and started walking and asking about places of tourist interest, some told me about several waterfalls, I only managed to go to one of the many that named me, because the weather was a bit unstable and it rained a lot, however it was really fun and enjoy many things that are not appreciated at first glance if you do not walk down a bit, this is me (with very low quality, because the front camera of my cell phone is not good) , in the town enjoy typical drinks of the area, some delicious desserts and very good atmosphere.

Looking for the Waterfall

When the search for the waterfall began we stopped at a small restaurant, a very kind man waited on us, and allowed us to collect some raspberries that were close to the place. Very nice place, despite the small influx of tourists (the man told us) due to the situation of the country, it is not the same, "before queued to eat at the restaurant" so I comment. It is sad how even tourism has been damaged for political reasons, as even the most humble people are affected because I imagine that this is their main source of income, not to bore with more political stories (it hurts my country) I want to show you some pictures that I take in the place, that I am very sure that if it had not been raining they would be incredible:

After a long talk with the man, we explained more or less how to get to the waterfall, and began to look for it, without first stopping on the way to say hello to some pretty little friends:

I love the energy that can transmit to get in touch with nature, living beings like animals transmit peace, feel the mountain next to you and that breeze that is breathed is clean air that purifies your lungs and soul, renews you and gives you makes respect your environment.

Closer and Closer

We are already approaching what we were looking for, that drop of water, imposing, regal, full of purity, nature has its strength, its channel and is not limited to anything that is against it, we just have to see it, appreciate it and stay captivated by its majesty.

And it is that one becomes tiny, tiny next to the immensity of nature, an incredible crystalline waterfall, surrounded by the perfect vegetation, the truth was what I enjoyed most of the walk I did, I loved the waterfall, the cold , even the rain and the dense fog! Feeling the connection with nature is something I always want to do!

I really loved the waterfall and it had an incredible vibe, I miss having a good bath, but I did not bring a bath, hahaha! Have a nice day everyone! ♡
