Tesla Model 3 are slated to begin by the end of this month. Production is expected to ramp up until September, and it's likely the first ones off the production line will go mainly to Tesla employees.

There is also expected to be a big update coming from Elon Musk himself tomorrow about more final details of the Model 3. If things go well, the Model 3 is expected a couple hundred thousand units if things go well.
