I made it
About two years ago I saw a photo of Lake Bled on 500px. It totally got under my skin. After that I started researching about the place, making plans etc.
Today my wish came true. I made it to Bled.
Here’s a panorama made with my phone at sunrise.
Still have a few day to roam through Europe, so for now I’m only posting this shot.
Beautiful location with the island and fortress/castle in the middle. I understand why you would want to go visit this place. I'm certain it contains many stories of drama and adventure; it certainly beckons one to come visit. Lovely photo!
