Salad buah/Fruit salad
Cuaca sekarang tidak menentu kadang panas sekali kadang hujan dan itu menyebabkan banyaknya wabah penyakit, untuk mengantisipasi cuaca yang seperti ini kita harus perbanyak makan buah dan sayuran tapi kadang tidak sedikit orang yang tidak suka dengan sayuran cara mengatasinya perbanyak makan buah, buah bisa dimakan langsung atau dibuat sop buah atau dibuat salad, kandungan vitamin dalam buah dapat membantu stamina tubuh kita.
