My Actifit Report Card: August 16 2019
It’s amazing how many steps one gets while playing mini golf! I had a long company meeting that was long stretches of sitting. However it was all worth it when we got to finish the day with minigolf. We did take the kids to a part in the evening to wear them out a bit.
Plan on running tomorrow morning.
