Big File in Hong Kong

Big stalls, is the meaning of roadside stalls in Hong Kong called "big file", because the past vendors have a large diet license. Sitting in the open air, looking at a roadside dishes in the raging fire on the fast fried, turned around and gave you the end to the front, hot whirring and fragrant, and then drink a beer, certainly let you talk too fun!

大牌檔，就是路邊攤的意思，在香港稱作「大牌檔」，是因為過去的攤販都有一張很大的飲食牌照。坐在露天位置，看著一道道小菜在熊熊爐火上快炒，轉過頭就給您端到面前來，熱呼呼又香噴噴，再喝一口啤酒，肯定讓您直呼過癮！
