Big stalls, is the meaning of roadside stalls in Hong Kong called "big file", because the past vendors have a large diet license. 大牌檔,就是路邊攤的意思,在香港稱作「大牌檔」,是因為過去的攤販都有一張很大的飲食牌照。坐在露天位置,看著一道道小菜在熊熊爐火上快炒,轉過頭就給您端到面前來,熱呼呼又香噴噴,再喝一口啤酒,肯定讓您直呼過癮!
