Hello, I am Ranko from Steemit!
I joined Steemit two weeks ago and I havent introduced myself properly, you may saw me spamming here.
I am not good writer and I do not expect success in terms of money, that does not stop me to keep trying and share links and videos I love.
I am Ranko from Bosnia poor country from eastern Europe at least we have internet access and can help ourselves to fin entertaining things such as Steemit, Facebook (over 50% of population is on Facebook so that means we are social)
I am 27 years old and as you can see I am not that good with English, but trying to improve it everyday and I think I am going in the good direction. Average salary in our country is 220$ if you get lucky to find a job.
I am still studying Faculty of Law. My hobbies are programming and I am still in the early phase understanding the basics.
I am using Bitcoin since 2013 and have not found anybody in my country who is familiar with it and understand well, they look very weirdly at me when I say 'Bitcoin', shops here mostly do not accept even Credit Card... accepting Bitcoin is dream but dream may come true later in the future.
I am trying to promote it by giving away informational letters and shirts and posting on Social media in our main language.

Rather than trying to promote Bitcoin directly, which can be a hard job, maybe get your fellow countrymen to try steemit.com because they will have fun here and they will learn to use cryptocurrencies by osmosis. And they never have to pay anything. In fact, they will get paid.
Keep on writing and you'll get better with your english! (I'm french and that's how I perfected my skill) Once you have enough "kred" and got a nice chunk of Steem Power, you'll be able to sponsor the people who speak your language to join the platform. Keep on keeping on brother.

Same in Italy, most of people are scared or denied the use, because journalism always spreads bad news about bitcoin
