My Newly Rendered Perspective of 2 Storey 3 Doors Apartment Building as of January 13,2018,SET A-R.D.no.2

Hi Steemians,,This was my newly rendered perspective as for today,Its was so difficult to obtain such time rendering this because it was too long to make

I have to prepare first the plan which take me 3 hours of making scheme plan and 2 hours in sketching perspective at sketch up

After that preparation for rendering,but it was fine,because that is part for my works as a designer,However I cannot make this happen without referral for my friends.

I'll gonna show you my rendering which I made 2 scheme presentation

This was my first scheme perspective which i renders along right side view with a man's Eye view Perspective,Typical design and only one aspects design to be used

I Provide also a Terrace to have Balcony in which the owner also wants.

If you the building are all the same in color and forms,because this what we called for us a Continuous Style Building
where the inside part are the same,

I also Rendered along the Right side view perspective to indicate the inner part of this building which is the boundery of the carport.I made a carport,some owner are want also to have a carport on the apartment.

And Lastly is the 2nd option of the building,Where I also made a perspective differ in front style and color.The horizontal Tubular Grill at the building protect from the massive heat of the sun.

This was also help ventilation open t all.
