Steem coins stuck in transit
I am looking for help recovering funds that were sent to the Poloniex exchange yesterday.
17 hours ago.
The funds arrived in the Poloniex wallet with the proper memo.
there they remain.
I have contacted the help desk at Poloniex.
My question is. " Does Poloniex have control of their acct. on Steem? or is this an automatic software that makes the transfers?
Is there someone that can help? "
So far, the answers have been. " Nothing we can do, have you tried asking (the other guys) ?"

My understanding is that Poloniex is in control of their Steemit account.
Are they accessible through your Poloniex.com account?
If not, you need to put a support ticket in with poloniex.com support on the poloniex.com website.
Talk to the moderators in the Trollbox and they will assist you with the process.
Thank you, so much for the clarification. I have a support ticket in progress. hopefully, within 48 hours we will have a resolution.
You're welcome. It is always frustrating when money gets misplaced in transit, but my experience has been that it all gets worked out. The blockchain is a transparent ledger that performs admirably in determining what transactions have taken place. With patience I am certain it will be resolved.
