i used to work for practiceworks before kodak and carestream got all software happy. supported a dinosaur product called OMSComp. it was a total piece of shit. support staff manually reindexing a database remotely, backdoors to table views with an invisible button and universal password, constantly fighting crappy modems with pcanywhere or citrix metaframe.
