If you are doing trade then it’s a very known word to you. Because usually it can be seen in trade graphe. Specially if you use japanese candle to understand the market and it’s movement mentality .
Most of the time it occurred on a bearish market movement . After a long bulish movement when a market got a proper resistance it move reversed and it’s called a reversal consolidation .
On a time it looks like a reversal pattern and After a time when we see a reversal we think may be market is almost bottom now and we are safe in a buying move. But, trust be though It's a buying chance and signal but market is not a safe mood. It just a time for a very short trade for a limited time.
It’s a buy signal when we think market is bottom but we must need to concern about the fibonacci external Level. Because , most of the time when we think we are in a safe zone and we stop looking at the market after having a big pump market.
But, when the dead cat bounce occurred usually we see when the market reach exactly 0.58 fibonacci level the market got a strong resistance, It’s about all stock and other trading but we know crypto is volatile so in crypto or specially in Bitcoin market we must focus on 0.58 as well as 0.61 fibonacci level . If we got a proper resistance and we don't proper support on the next level we must be concern about the dead cat bounce because it’s a sign of it.
And, in a dead cat bounce we must aware that the next bottom is gonna be more low than the previous low.
So, at this point is short what am I trying to say is it’s a big bull trap and we are going to low than the previous low. So, it’s a selling time and we have to sell our assets and be free from the market.
